Chocolate Delight: Ten Tips


I got some GREAT TIPS on how to make a really superior Chocolate Delight batch from several sources including Carol Ensminger and Katie Dambro. Here they are: Tip One: Cut back on cocoa Tip Two: Use ½ regular cocoa and ½ dark cocoa Tip Three: Use ice cream scoop to get coconut oil out of container Tip Four: After melting coconut oil, let it sit for at least an hour Tip Five: Sift your cocoa Tip Six: Add powdered sweetener to cocoa before sifting Tip Seven: Add liquid sweetener to coconut oil after it sits Tip Eight: Use wire whisp or drink whisk to combine liquids Tip Nine: Purchase candy or ice cube molds in fun shapes Tip Ten: Add fun flavors such as raspberry, caramel, and even cayenne! www.shannonblogs.com
